Nous plaidons en faveur d'un environnement commercial propice qui facilite la création d'entreprises, d'investissements et d'emplois durables pour le développement socio-économique de l'Afrique grâce à notre réseau d'organisations nationales d'employeurs et d'entreprises. Elle a été fondée en 1986 sous le nom de Confédération panafricaine des employeurs (PeC). La PeC a ensuite été rebaptisée BUSINESSAfrica - Confédération des employeurs en 2012.
